We collect account information you provide (name, email, organization), event configuration data (languages, attendee counts, session schedules), and audio streams processed transiently to generate real-time translation. We also collect standard usage and diagnostic data to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the translation service, to communicate with organizers and speakers, to secure and monitor the platform, and to meet legal and compliance obligations.

Audio and translation data

Audio captured during a live session is processed by our translation service to produce translated audio and captions. Retention of recordings and transcripts is controlled by the event organizer's configuration and is not used to train third-party models without explicit consent.

Data sharing

We share data with trusted infrastructure subprocessors strictly to operate the service, and do not sell personal information. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
