These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Achexa platform, including the organizer dashboard, speaker console, listener application, and translation API (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of event content and for obtaining any consent required from speakers and attendees to process and translate audio.

Accounts and organizations

Organizers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their organization's account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in an order form.

Service availability

We target the uptime and latency figures described on our Security page but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and incidents are posted on our status page.

Intellectual property

Achexa retains all rights to the Service, including its software, branding, and underlying translation technology. Event content you submit remains yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including translation inaccuracies.
